A list of optional NPCs
Darwin Crowell, an 18-year-old male Saloon Bum. He’s a roguish character who, when once befriended, will go to the wall for his friends. He is recognized for his height, 6ft, 3in tall, and his long black dreadlocks.
Trinity Wagner is a 20-year-old female Techno-Warrior Headhunter. She’s a tiny hothead who loves conflict and pushing her limits. She is recognized by the long scar on her face that hints at the reason why she now sports a multi-optic eye. Her left arm has also been fitted with a bionic limb, sure to feature several concealed weapons. Her long braids are colored purple to further add distinction to her appearance. Surprisingly, she is very principled and follows a strict moral code.
Brawlin is a 20-year-old male Techno-Wizard Thief with no principles. Despite being easygoing, there is little that stands out about Brawlin, other than an intricate tattoo of a black rose on the back of his left hand.
Caldwell Little ‘Mouse’, a 28-year-old male Gutter Rat. He’s a short and stumpy anarchist through and through, complete with the signature punk red mohawk and large earplugs. He is also recognized by his differently colored eyes, one brown and the other green. He is easily excited when confronted and isn’t afraid of being challenged.
Lamarr Washington, an 18-year-old male Cyber-Knight. Having become disenfranchised with the Knight Order, he’s searching for his own path. He’s abandoned the Code of Ethics of the Cyber-Knights and has become arrogant. Lamarr is a tall, slender person of color who shaves his head except for a long braided lock that drops from the back of his head.
Bosmalus, a 25-year-old male Temporal Wizard. His evil heart is disguised by a veneer of patience. A true sociopath, he doesn’t back down from any challenge. To complete the affectation, his teeth have been prosthetically modified to appear as Vampire Teeth. Bosmalus conceals the fact that he has Mind Block and See Aura.
Jackson Wallach, a 23-year-old male Pack Rat. A dreamer only wishes to carve a place for himself in the world. He is kind-hearted and gentle-natured and principled. He’s a fountain of knowledge of the underground happenings and a great urban guide.
Marshall ‘Blight’ Strawbridge, is a 29-year-old male Black Market Expediter. He’s an anarchist who believes that chaos is good for business. He’s known to take radical chances to improve his odds of making a big sale. Blight has a few M.O.Ms
that help improve his alertness and reflexes and speed. Not enough to be full-blown Crazy, but he’s on his way. Blight is a Lieutenant with Bandito Arms and works the West Texas and New Mexico Corridor.

Norfray Nox, a 17-year-old male Kankoran Scout. Norfray doesn’t advertise the fact that he’s a Master Psychic. Being a Psy-Druid, he has a Chipmunk companion named Gimal. He is friendly and helpful and enjoys spending long stints of time in the wilderness. Being unprincipled he doesn’t ‘really’ get involved in other people’s causes. What is interesting to note is that Norfray has two different colored eyes, one is blue and the other brown. His fees for being a scout and guide are reasonable.
Sipal is a 16-year-old female Loronoid (Human Mutant). Sipal speaks with a Spanish accent but can speak multiple languages. Loronoids appear as tiny humanoid parrots. She is only four and a half feet tall and weighs 60 lbs. She is friendly, smart and engaging, and a bit of a trickster, mimicking the noises she hears and impersonating the voices she hears. She’s a natural impersonator. Her talents are to track and follow people, being interested in the habits and patterns of the people she observes from atop roofs. She is unprincipled and can be considered a City Rat, in a way.
Zefo (Zefozaanno), a 26-year-old female Kremin Cyborg. As a full-conversion D-Bee Cyborg, Zefo is 7 feet tall and weighs 400 lbs. She’s a scrupulous, kind spirit defender of the people. She often associates with Cyber-Knights and Justice Rangers and survives as a freelance mercenary. If the cause is noble, she is likely to forget to ask for payment for her services.
Sennet Wingfield, a 24-year-old male Mind Bleeder. He lives up to the reputation of a Mind Bleeder. Being a miscreant, he’s a gambler who takes extreme chances to slightly improve his own odds. He has a full-body tattoo that covers every inch of his body, and parts of his face. And to top off his appearance, he has prosthetic teeth that look like vampire’s teeth. Sennet is always seen to be well-groomed and well-dressed.
