Rifts Dimension Book 10 Hades Review

Rifts Dimension Book 10 Hades review brings a lot of depth to the world of demons. It includes the minion war, hierarchy, types, magic, and more. Let’s start the review with GM material.

What GM material does Book 10 Hades have?

30 demons, 6 of which are new, are fully described. A demon priest NPC OCC as well is included. The real good stuff though are the plans of the demons.

Dimension book 10 Hades is where the minion war begins with Hade’s plans for the dimensional conquest of Dyval. Other things for GMs are the maps that fully detail Hades and the adventure ideas.

The dimension of hades has plans to conquer many places. Get the inside scoop starting with dimension book 10.

Is there player material in Rifts Hades?

Evil player characters could get used from the demon bone weapons and possibly soulmancy(though it requires giving one’s soul to a greater demon). You may also want to use some of the nether beasts or other demonic riding animals.

Our recommendations of the best Rifts books for a Minion War game.

What story material is there in Rifts Dimension Book 10?

As you can imagine the setting of the book is the worst possible place to be for any humanoid being. It is hell in full detail. As you can also imagine, there are people living there mostly as slaves.

What is the originality like for Dimension Book 10 Hades?

I want to put the book’s originality at 4 or 5 stars. It discusses an entirely new magic type, that of demons, and full details of a hell dimension.

Is Rifts Dimension Book 10 Hades game-breaking?

No, it’s not a game-breaking book. It does update some demon profiles but that just makes them more useful and in line with other powers.

How good are the OCCs(classes) in Book 10?

The demon high priest is your typical evil mage working for the demons. It works well for what it is as an NPC. There’s not much more to it than that but you be the judge.

How well does Dimension Book 10 mix with the core Rifts game?

5 star in that the demons can easily be used as enemies or as summons for players. Having maps of the place gives GMs an intimate knowledge of where players can be sent to in the event it happens. It gives information for the Minion War which carries over to Rifts Earth (read about that in Dimension Book 12 Dimensional Outbreak).
